Bhupendra Budhathoki of Dang has won the second National Brand Music Award for Best Songwriter for Modern Song. He has won in the modern new lyricist genre with the song ‘Dhoka Mathi Dhoka’.
He also won the 7th National Rapti music award in 2075 BS for his song “Ful Bhanau Jindagilai”. He entered the police service in 2073 BS and now he is in the rank of inspector in nepal police he has also continued writing songs.
Lyricist Budhathoki bagged the National Brand Music Award in the lyricist category at the award ceremony organized by Brandroot Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. at Jamal National Dance Hall, Kathmandu on Sunday.
The awards have been distributed in 44 completely different genres.
